About This Project

Semester Project

Forward thrives on making an impact on the business’ goal achievement, delivering a full service. They build state-of-the-art e-commerce and digital marketing Salesforce implementations. Their core competencies are customer-facing technologies, services and solutions.

Nowadays, technology is rapidly revolutionizing the customer experience. Marketers need to have a technical equivalent of a human brain that collects, unifies and interprets information. Disparate systems pose great challenges and data is often siloed. A Customer Data Platform (CDP) helps to simplify and connect all the information and ends up being a single source of insight on consumers. Therefore, the main objective of this project is to set up a CDP. Together with your team, you will implement a demo environment for the CDP in which you map data in a user-friendly model. Then, you will identify how clients in different industries can receive added value from such a platform and develop a strategical plan towards potential clients in for example the Belgian Retail Sector.

Does the topic of Big Data and technology spark your enthusiasm and are you motivated to learn more about this fascinating subject? Then don’t hesitate any longer and apply right now, using the link below!
